Annual Surveillance for the Icelandic Cod, Haddock and Saithe Fisheries

During the period, 26-30 October, an independent certification committee of Global Trust Ltd. will conduct an annual surveillance activities for the Icelandic cod, haddock and saithe commercial fisheries as certified, in October 2014 and January 2015, against the FAO-based Iceland Responsible Fisheries Management Specification.

The annual surveillance covers the cod (Gadus morhua), haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) and saithe (Pollachius virens) fisheries with all fishing gears within Iceland´s EEZ.
