Iceland participates in Seafood Barcelona 22-24 October
Seafood Barcelona will be held 22-24 October 2013 for the second time. It is targeting South Europe and the exhibitors in 2012 came from 27 countries.
Taste and share the secret of Icelandic Bacalao
Icelandic companies producing and selling salted fish products have joined together in promoting the quality of products produced from fresh fish sustainably sourced in Icelandic waters and will participate in the show.
We invite guests to come to visit us in the ELDHÚS, little house of food, at stand no. I-4026 where it is possible to taste the salted fish from Iceland, and meet representatives from Icelandic companies producing and selling salted fish products.
Master Class 22 Oct. at 11am
On Tuesday 22 October at 11am, Iceland will participate in Master Class on Cod. Iceland's representative, Agnar Brynjolfsson will present the North Atlantic Cod fisheries and chef Rubén Barrios will demonstrate cooking of the fish. Venue: Demonstration theater, stand #I-7051.
Vendor session 22 Oct. at 13pm
Tuesday 22 October at 13pm Iceland participates in vendor session where the marketing cooperation of companies selling salted fish products will be presented. There are currently twenty six companies participating in the project. Venue: Demonstration theater, stand #I-7051.
